Well regarding fire situation it is difficult to say right now but we hope that it will be OK by August 25. Now it is rather bearable to BREATHE here.

Hi there Monica! Here's the latest infor on the wildfires in Russia, but please do not worry that much because the issue is being tackled with successfully! They say the fires will be fully extinguished in 7-8 days.
THE MOSCOW WILDFIRES UPDATE HERE...
According to the Russian Emergency Ministry the fires will be completely extinguished by the end of this week. President Medvedev issued instructions to Prime Minister Putin to join efforts with regional executive authorities and to take comprehensive measures to eliminate wildfires, ...provide assistance to those affected, enhance fire safety and prevention of fires, and supply additional Be-200 amphibious fire-fighting aircraft to the Siberian and Far Eastern Emergency Ministry air rescue centres.Presidential plenipotentiary envoys in a number of federal districts have received instructions to provide assistance to people who have lost their homes. Efforts were exerted to relieve consequences of the fires in the Moscow region.

Hi! It would be cool to meet you here in Moscow. We are planning both pre and afterpaty. At the moment it is npt considered yet but the administration of the site will inform everybody as soon as possible.

Now U2.RU is deciding pre-party date. WE NEED TO KNOW YOUR IDEA as we would like to see as many of you as it is possible! Please join and vote here. It's in Russian but it's easy to understand!
PS. If you cannot arrive to the pre-party don't worry, there will be an after-party (maybe even several )

On 15th there will be after-party. It senceless to arrange pre-party as everyone will be at the stadium from early morning. 
I'm writing all this in English so that our English-speaking friends could get to the point of what the hell we are talking about here!
I know of the after-party, which is scheduled for the 25th, but there's a question of where? Do we already have a venue for it? This is especially crucial for those who do not speak Russian. Thanks for enlightening us!

Now I know that they are choosing between 3 clubs for pte- and after-party. So the final information will be very soon.

How is the fire situation in Moscow now??? we don't have news in Italy....
I copy a massage that i found in another forum... it's a nice idea!
"This is a spontaneous initiative that came up amongst italian fans after following a few 360 2leg tour dates. Most of are really happy for the band's performance but feel disappointed by the static nature of the setlist and about the band not including lots of the song we love more (and that marked U2's history). For this reason we have decided to try and communicate with U2. We strongly believe in their intelligence and sense of humour and we are sure they won't take it bad but will take it into consideration.
Our idea is to prepare signs where everyone of us writes the title of his/her favourite song (amongst the ones that haven't been played for long, too long). Every sign will have to be like this "Where is + song title?"
If you like the idea let's try. The more we are the stronger our voice will be heard.

Ciao Monica!!!! Glad you're hee again!!! Yes, it's just a few days to go before the concert!!! I fully support you and the idea of putting up signs with our favourite songs not being played for a long time by U2!!!!!!
Luckily the fire situation in Russia has been solved early in advance!!! There's now no smog in Moscow, the rains washed it away!!! So, do not worry (like many of other guys did ) and hurry up!!! A presto!!!!!!
By the way we have first information regarding pre-party. It will be at August 24, 18.00 at RADIO-CITY club. The full information will be at main page tomorrow (I hope)

I don't think so. The only official currency is rubles. You can exchange it any place in Moscow.

My friends in Helsinki (Monica too) just met the band (Bono Edge and Adam) outside their hotel. they took pictures with fans and sign autographs!!!

Ciao, Francesca! People will most likely start queing in between 10:00 - 12:00 a.m. First come, first served, you know. You don't need to confirm or book in advance to attend the pre-party as it is free admission whereas the after-party must be confirmed by its participant. If you wish I can do it for you when the organizers say it is time to do so. How many people with you will attend the after-party? Yes, I think we will gather at some point after the show and head for the place. Of course, there's a currency exchange at the airport just off the border control.

In barcelona, last year, I start queing at 3 am.. and I was number 737!! crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
